For your comfort and relaxation, the hotel Le Rochelois located in La Rochelle offers a fitness center on 3000m2 with ultra modern and unique equipment in the region.

Various activities will be offered to you: weight training, group classes and fitness, aquagym, aquabike and aquastep... You will also have access to our cardio area including mats, bikes, steppers and can take our group classes.

And you can finish with a moment of relaxation in our sauna, our hammam or in our massage jet bath. (Please contact the establishment for opening hours; access is prohibited for those under 18).

The fitness center is prohibited for those under 16 years old and access from 16 years old if accompanied by an adult.

The wet area (Spa) will be closed to the public from 01/09/2024
